Asian Brussels Sprout Slaw
Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup lightly packed fresh cilantro leaves (optional), chopped
  • ⅔ cup slivered almonds
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • subheading: Soy-honey dressing:
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium tamari or other soy sauce*
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt (skip the salt if your tamari/soy sauce is not reduced sodium)
