Healthy Gluten-Free Apple Cinnamon Blender Muffins
Ingredients
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ½ cup (about 4 large) egg whites or fat-free liquid egg substitute
  • ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup Truvia spoonable no-calorie sweetener (or another natural brand about twice as sweet as sugar)
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ⅔ cup finely chopped Fuji or Gala apples (about 1 medium apple)
