I reduced the sodium because I get a lot from food already.

Servings: 1-2

5g Sodium chloride (2000mg sodium)

2g Potassium chloride (1000mg potassium)

3g Magnesium glycinate (300mg magnesium)

sugar-free flavoring of your choice, optional

Mix the powders together, add however much water you want, flavor it and drink.
