  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoon tajin or chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • kosher salt
  • 12 hard shell tacos
  • shredded lettuce/cabbage, for serving
  • subheading: Jalapeño Cream:
  • 6 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapeños
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • sea salt
  • subheading: Mango Salsa:
  • 1 ½ cups diced mango
  • 1 avocado cubed
  • 1 to 2 jalapeños seeded, if desired and chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro roughly, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest, plus ¼ cup lime juice
  • ⅓ cup salsa verde
