Decadent Cannoli Cheesecake with Ricotta Cream Topping

  • ½ cup chopped pistachios

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios
