Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract (or almond extract sometimes)
  • Bring to a boil in a saucepan on the stove.  Then add
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • Return to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 10  minutes, and then add
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries (*I used Wyman’s Triple Berry Blend)
