Tastee Recipe Ah, Such a Healthy, Tasty, and Colorful Side Dish!
Ingredients
  • 1 lb cauliflower floret
  • 4 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 2 medium-sized red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1⁄4 cup swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1⁄4 cup dry breadcrumbs (I went with Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs)
  • 2 teaspoons unsalted butter, melted (I went with Land O’Lakes)
