Keto Fried Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
  • chicken tenderloins thawed (I used 7)
  • equal parts isopure whey protein isolate and almond flour (I used 1 C ea.)
  • Grated parmeson (½ C)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Seasonings to taste (I used hot Hungarian paprika, cumin, and garlic powder)
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • avocado oil (or another high heat oil such as canola oil)
