Low Carb Reeses Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
  • ¾ Cups Swerve or Powdered Erythritol
  • 1 ¼ Cups Peanut Butter - all natural or low carb
  • ⅓ Cup Peanuts
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 Bars Lilys Brand Chocolate - Dark or Milk.
  • Chocolate molds
  • Pastry bad
Steps
  1. Melt chocolate and use a pastry brush and brush into molds. Refrigerate.
  2. Put ⅓ c peanuts, 1 ¼ cup peanut butter, ¾ c powdered erythritol, and 1 tsp salt in food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Place mixture into a pastry bag. Fill molds with mixture.
  4. Cover with chocolate.
  5. Freeze for several hours.
  6. Remove from molds.
