  • ⅓ cup diced red onion
  • ⅓ cup finely crumbled feta cheese
  • ⅓ cup toasted slivered almonds (optional but highly recommended)
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
