Ingredients
  • 1 lb of ground chicken
  • 1 cup pork panko ( I used a flavored version but plain works great too )
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup powdered or shredded Parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • Season to your liking. I used garlic powder and salt. Everyone is different but i probably used a tbsp of each.
