  • 1.5 cup Leafy Greens (e.g., kale, massaged with olive oil, lemon juice, or water)
  • ¼ of a Small Red Onion
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Large Carrot (shredded)
  • ¼ cup Purple Cabbage
  • ½ Cucumber
  • ¼ cup Edamame
  • Toppings: Sprouts, Cilantro, Green Onions, Crushed Peanuts

  • 3 tbsp Hot Water
