  • 15-ounce can diced tomatoes, regular or fire-roasted
  • ¼ cup half & half or cream
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, optional
  • Fresh basil for serving, optional
