Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • 1 onion diced
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can red beans
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 1 can minced black olives
  • Green pepper
  • Corn kernels
  • Chili powder
  • Oregano
  • ¼ cup Red wine
  • 1Tbsp Sugar
  • ⅓ cup Cilantro
  • ⅓ cup Parsley
Steps
  1. Brown chicken with onion powder and garlic powder. Set aside.
  2. In the same pot, brown onion and garlic.
  3. Add tomatoes, green peppers, olives, corn, and chicken.
  4. Rinse beans and add.
  5. Add chili powder, oregano, sugar, wine. Cook 3 hours on simmer.
  6. Add parsley and cilantro and serve with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
