Italian Chopped Salad
Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup pepperoncini thinly sliced
  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup English cucumber diced
  • ½ medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 4 to 6 ounces beef salami or summer sausage
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese freshly shredded*
  • ⅓ cup fresh Italian parsley chopped
