Wasabi Pea Sauce/Dip
Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup aquafaba
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons mirin
  • ½ teaspoon wasabi powder or wasabi paste
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Steps
  1. In a small sauce pan, add the peas and water.  Bring to a boil and boil 1 minutes.  Remove from heat and drain.  Add to a blender and add the rest of the ingredients.  Blend until very smooth.
  2. Serve with pasta as a pasta sauce, or use as a dip for veggies.  :)
