Cilantro-Lime Chicken + Rice Skillet
Ingredients

  • ½ cup diced yellow onion
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, grated or minced
  • 1 cup uncooked brown basmati rice
  • 2 ⅔ cups low sodium chicken bone broth
  • sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 fresh lime or lemon, zested and juiced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
