Vegetarian Yak-Gochujang
Ingredients
  • 1 cup  gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste) buy it in a Korean grocery store or  make your own
  • 5 to 6  dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked in cold water for overnight
  • 4 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ cup pine nuts
