Ingredients
  • Boil 4 cups of filtered water with 2 or more tea bags of your choice (I used green tea ginger, but black tea is the traditional method). Add a teaspoon of whole cloves, one whole star anise, a teaspoon of cinnamon and a teaspoon of ginger (ground or fresh).  I boiled everything for ten minutes, then took it off the heat and let it sit for another ten minutes. I strained all of the spices and tea bags, then added 2 tablespoons of organic brown sugar (you could use raw honey as well), then I added in a cup of whole grass-fed milk (you could use almond or coconut, but please don’t use store bought- it’s not real!)

  • If you love chai, this is DELICIOUS. I drank a whole quart of it yesterday, and I could drink this all day. All of those spices have anti-viral/parasitic/bacterial properties.
  •
  • Also helpful: l-lysine fermented foods, apple cider vinegar, beef liver powder (both copper and vitamin A are crucial for immune health) aloe vera; you can read the rest of the list in this article here.
