Ingredients
- 2c. Uncooked macaroni
- ½ c. Butter
- 2T. Flour
- 1 ½c. Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dry mustard
- Worcestershire sauce. Splash
- Dash of hot sauce
- 1. C cheese
Steps
- Cook macaroni according to directions
- Melt over low heat, butter
- Add flour and stir to a smooth paste, cooking a few minutes
- Add milk slowly, stirring constantly
- Cook until thickened
- Add cheese
- Combine macaroni with cheese sauce
- Pour into 8” pan, sprinkle with more cheese
- Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
