Want amazing homemade beef stew in your Instant Pot? You got it here. We had searched and searched for a great recipe and found none so we came up with our own.
2-3lbs of stew beef cut up into cubes
1 bag of small whole carrots
5-6 potatoes diced
4 cups of beef broth
1 medium onion cut up
1 package of beef stew mix (important!)
Salt and pepper to taste
Set Instant Pot to manual setting and cook for 35 minutes and manually release pressure.
