  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 8-oz package of cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
