Salmon potstickers

Servings: 12

15oz canned salmon

7 saltines

2Tbl ground flaxseed or 1 egg

2-3 diced scallions

Salt, pepper, ginger, garlic to taste

1 package egg roll wrappers

Oil for cooking

Mix all ingredients except wrappers.

Put a tablespoon of the mix into the middle of a wrapper. Wet the edges and fold to seal. Continue with the remaining ingredients.

Heat 1-2 tbl oil in a frying pan. Pan fry the potstickers in a single layer a couple minutes on each side.

Also good in soup.
