Salmon potstickers

Ingredients
  • 15oz canned salmon
  • 7 saltines
  • 2Tbl ground flaxseed or 1 egg
  • 2 to 3 diced scallions
  • Salt, pepper, ginger, garlic to taste
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for cooking
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients except wrappers.
  2. Put a tablespoon of the mix into the middle of a wrapper. Wet the edges and fold to seal. Continue with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Heat 1 to 2 tbl oil in a frying pan. Pan fry the potstickers in a single layer a couple minutes on each side.
Notes
  • Also good in soup.
