Shirataki Chow Mein Noodles
Keto friendly shirataki chow mein. Best recipe I've come up with yet. A bit salty though, so the more veggies the better. Or reduce sauces.

100 calories and 6.5 net carbs, not including the veggies of your choice and protein of your choice.

Ingredients
  • 1 box of pink shirataki noodles
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 ⅓ Tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ cube of knorr bouillon
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds
  • spring onion
  • sprinkles of ginger powder, white pepper, fish sauce, maybe a sweetener drop
  • veggies of your choice (cabbage is great, onion, mushroom, etc)
  • protein of your choice (711 chicken packs, shrimp, etc)
