Ingredients
- subheading: Base:
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 150g Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp Crystallised Ginger Finely chopped
- 1 C Organic Rolled Oats
- ½ C Almonds Roasted and chopped
- ½ C Desiccated Coconut
- subheading: Topping:
- 100g Honey
- 4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 5 tbsp Honey
- 2 C Coconut Flour
- 3 Tbsp chopped Pistachios to decorate
Steps
- Pre-heat oven to 170c. Grease and line a tin 21cm x 27cm.
- Base: Melt the honey, coconut oil and Ginger in a saucepan. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir well and press into prepared tin. Bake for 20 mins.
- Topping: Melt all ingredients in a saucepan, beat well and pour over cooked base. Top with chopped Pistachios. Set in fridge before cutting.
