Quick Bread
Ingredients
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 ½ cups milk or buttermilk, room temperature
  • 6 tablespoons canola oil
Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9"x 5" loaf pan with pam spray, set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and oil.
  4. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir the two together until combined. Stir vigorously for one minute only.
  5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumb.
