  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon dried mint leaves (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 8 tablespoons reduced sour cream (optional)
