Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 5 c. Slices Potatoes, parboiled
  • 1 c. Velveeta Cheese, diced
  • 1 c. Onions, diced
  • 2 T. Butter
  • 2 T. Flour
  • 2 t. Mustard
  • 1½ t. Salt
  • 2 c. Milk
Steps
  1. Make a white sauce with the butter, flour, mustard, salt, and milk
  2. Place potatoes in baking dish
  3. Pour white sauce over the potatoes
  4. Bake @ 350° for 30 minutes
