Ingredients
  • subheading: For the marinade sauce:
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 ½ Tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon light soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Mirin
  • ½ teaspoon Five Spice
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Black pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Marinade at least 3hrs or overnight
  2. Air fry at 300° for 9 minutes
  3. Flip and brush on residual marinade
  4. 350° for 12 minutes
