  • Zest & Juice 1 Lemon
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • 2 tbsp of the Spice Mix
  • salt to taste

  • 12 large oyster mushroom clusters
  • olive or vegetable oil as needed

  • Hot sauce (like harissa)
