Swiss Onion Soup
Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. Pioneer Peppered Gravy, prepared
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 2 ½ cups Water
  • 2 large Onions, quartered and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, finely grated
  • 1 T Parsley, minced
  • 1 t Salt
Steps
  1. 1. SAUTÉ onions in butter until soft and golden brown.
  2. 2. ADD sautéed onions and remaining ingredients to the prepared gravy
  3. 3. STIR over medium heat until cheese has melted and soup is smooth
