Ingredients
  • 1 large sweet potato cubed and steamed until very soft. Blend to a purée when cool. I didn’t add water but add a little if needed to blend. Set aside.

  • 18 soaked dates. Blend w/1 cup of water. Set aside.
  •  
  • Put 2 tbs flax w/ 4 tbs water in a small bowl and let gel
  • subheading: In a large mixing bowl put:
  • 1 cup oat flour (I just blended rolled oats)
  • 2 to 3 cups white whole wheat flour
  • ¼ c date sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbs cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ACV
  • ¾ cup of date purée (rest will be used as filling)
  • All of the sweet potato purée
  • Flax mixture
