one pot beans sausage and greens

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 oz Italian style sausage without casing
  • 1 medium yellow onion chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 large bunch of collard greens stemmed and chopped
  • 2 15oz cans of white beans
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • salt and pepper
Steps
  1. saute oil with sausage and onions then set aside.
  2. add greens beans (drained) and broth season with salt and pepper stir and secure lid.
  3. cook on high pressure 5 min
  4. quick release. to reduce liquid saute and cook up to 5 min
