Chicken Quinoa Salad with Peas and Feta
Ingredients

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • subheading: For the salad:
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • cucumber sliced, to serve
