Broiled Salmon with Horseradish Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or chives, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Fine salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
  • 2 (6-ounce) skin-on salmon fillets, preferably center-cut
  • 8 ounces haricots verts (French green beans; see headnote, above), trimmed
