Chimichurri Chicken

  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt, plus more to taste
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 6 to 7 pieces)
