Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups ( 318 g) sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream, cold
