Vegan Fakin' Bacon
Ingredients
  • 2 cups of  unsweetened coconut flakes - larger flakes work beautifully
  • 2 tbsp of gluten-free tamari - use regular soy sauce if you aren't avoiding gluten and coconut aminos if avoiding soy
  • 1 ½ tbsp of   liquid smoke
  • 1 tbsp of  maple syrup
  • dash of pink Himalayan sea salt, or another salt
