Better-Than-Takeout Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients
  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 6 chicken thighs, cooked and shredded (I recommend dousing with soy sauce and baking them in the oven on 400 until cooked through)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • Optional: sesame seeds
