The only ingredient needed to make this tofu is dried beans. She tested her method using six varieties of dried beans. Suits me fine, I'm Anti-Soy-Ploy!!!

140 grams (~¾ cup) dried beans

boiling water, to cover beans

2 and ¾ cups (651 mL) tap water

Optional: 1 teaspoon salt
