  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt (such as Diamond Crystal)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1½ cups homemade or store-bought chicken (or vegetable) broth
  • 2 large eggs
