Ingredients
  • RECIPE (makes 12 truffles) -3 scoops vanilla @f_factor protein (or protein of choice) - 4 tbs coconut flour - 1 tbs stevia - 1 tbs fiber syrup (either @choczero , Sukrin Gold , or @lakantosweetener ) - 1 tbs coconut oil for the truffle mix and an additional ½ tbs for the chocolate shell - 4 tbs water - 3 tbs @lilys_sweets_chocolate chocolate chips - 1 tbs pitaya powder or natural food dye - 1 scoop of @upliftfood prebiotic rich powder- this is optional, BUT I highly recommend it as a great source of prebiotic fiber, which creates a microbiome in your gut that supports healthy probiotics . . . ✔️
Steps
  1. Directions: . (1) Mix all of the truffle ingredients except* the chocolate chips and the ½ tbs of coconut oil, mix thoroughly until fully incorporated and a thick dough forms, . (2) Roll dough into 12 balls and place on a wax paper covered tray, . (3) Flatten the balls with the palm of your hand and then form them into heart shapes (tip: I used the back of a measuring spoon to press into the dough to make the V part of the heart) . (4) Place the truffles in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes, . (5) Meanwhile, Melt the chocolate chips with ½ tbs of coconut oil, . (6) Remove truffles from freezer, dip them in the melted chocolate and then place then back on the wax paper, . . (7) place the truffles in the freezer to set for atleast 3 hours, . . ENJOY these treats with your mama! Store them in the freezer for up to one month
