Chilli Jam & Cream Cheese Bites

Have a wife who is brilliant in the kitchen so I don't see any future there. Confine myself to "nibbles" which I serve as a number of plates (I love pastry) at (usually) lunch time, for family and friends.

1 (14-oz.) package puff pastry, thawed if frozen

1 (8-oz.) block cold cream cheese

½ c. pepper jelly

Fresh thyme leaves, for serving (optional)
