  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk 120 mL
  • ¼ cup fresh whole butter 60 mL
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour 360 mL
  • 1 pound cheddar cheese grated
