Ingredients
  • 1½ cups oat flour (or all purpose flour)
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, chili pepper flakes, dried oregano + salt
  • 1½ cups milk of choice
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan
  • ⅔ cup breadcrumbs
  • 5 oz mini pepperonis (or 6 strips bacon, cooked + chopped)
