  • 1 to 2  teaspoon  olive oil (a drizzle)
  • 1  green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1  red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1  yellow or white onion, sliced
  • ¼  teaspoon  smoked paprika powder
  • pinch  salt and black pepper
