Vegan Snickers ice cream
Ingredients
  • 100 g of frozen (ripe) banana
  • 1 piece of dried dates
  • 15 g RAW carob powder (the raw carob powder is tastier for me, the raw version tastes more like vanilla-caramel)
  • Scratched inside of 1 vanilla stick (optional)
  • 1 Ek natural Soyade yogurt
  • 50 g tofu
  • A few drop from lemon
  • 1 teaspoon white miso paste (optional) if not available => I would add a pinch of salt
  • half a teaspoon of psyllium husk flour
  • (We can add 1 teaspoon of peanut butter)
Steps
  1. I worked in a blender, put it to the freezer for at least 2 hours, then I served with hazelnuts, shredded coconut, organic balsamic vinegar, mint leaves.
