  • ½ medium green bell pepper chopped
  • ½ small Red onion chopped
  • 1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoons organic chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (omit if paleo)
  • ½ cup Crème Fraîche (omit if paleo)
  • Chopped fresh chives or scallions for garnish
