Ingredients
  • ground beef, fish, chicken.....meat of choice
  • taco seasoning
  • Cheese, shredded
  • Tomatoes, diced
  • Lettuce, shredded
  • Onion, diced
  • Avocado, diced or mashed into guacamole
  • Sour Cream
  • Salsa
  • Tortilla/Taco shell of choice (Low Carb Tortillas, cheese shells, lettuce wraps, fat head shells)
Steps
  1. Brown & season ground beef (or other meat)
  2. Make tortillas, if necessary
  3. Prep all veggies, shred cheese
  4. Make guac
