  • 1 ½ pounds medium Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved, about 4 cups worth
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped into ½-inch pieces, about 4 cups worth
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
